Travis LaBella is a two-time Emmy award winning Director of Photography and filmmaker based in Los Angeles, CA.
Originally from New York, he got his start shooting documentaries and was the recipient of the ASC Student Heritage Documentary Award for Language of the Unheard, which was featured in American Cinematographer.
He now shoots a range of narrative, commercial, and documentary work. In 2021 Travis won an LA Emmy for his work on Artbound: Light & Space for PBS. He set the look for “The Kardashians” in 2022 when the show moved to Hulu, which debuted as the highest viewed premiere in Hulu’s history at the time.
His work can also be seen on Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, PBS, BBC, and Vice. Commercial work includes M&M’s, Toyota, Infiniti, Disney, Kia, Volvo, Ray Ban, MVMT, and many more.
